We have a long way to go for others trying to get hired in the United States and let alone other countries who's been suffering from a deep depression of jobs. There are plenty of middlemen job sites but no one is calling for interviews, it's best for most job seekers to ask a family member or friend if they know anyone that is hiring. In some instances, there are some companies that still have on-site job applications that you can apply in person, word-of-mouth is the best strategy for this unless it's noted in a job ad. People are getting discouraged and stressed out because of losing a job and some have to wait almost a year to recover in finding employment. Stressing out about it will not help the situation, it will just make matters worst. Underemployed people are considering second or third jobs, such as being a Home Health Aide on the weekends and two part-time jobs during the week as being a cook in the day time and cleaning at night.
