The Art of Creating Jobs

It's 2014 and jobs are still scarce and according to a DC news station reported from nerdwallet.com that we are #2 in people finding jobs, I totally disagree. The people that I know that need a job saying this is not true.
Hard workers are continuing seeking employment on a weekly basis but still no luck.
What is wrong?

I have taken the initiative to form a group of unemployed super stars and assist them in finding employment here in Washington, DC, this is a rewarding and challenging ordeal that is to be completed in one month.
And the challenge begins right now and counting. Do you think it can be done?

In Washington, D.C, politicians are taking the heat for unfortunate mishaps that should be addressed in a timely fashion. When former Mayor, Adrian Fenty was in office no one seemed to investigate his administration on the other hand Mayor, Vincent Gray administration is plummeting briskly into thin air. Like? or Dislike? I don't know where this ordeal will end up and  why their past is coming to surface. This city has improved with more retail stores and restaurants that are receiving great reviews. Like the saying goes, if you can stand the heat get out of the kitchen. Councilmembers are getting burned without care.
